Development centre

A reliable tool used in mapping out the potential of key employees with the use of psychodiagnostic methods.

A development centre uses model situations, during which an expert (assessor) tests the competencies of the employees. This results in an evaluation report with recommendations for development. A development centre is often used to put together individual development plans for key employees – managers, sales staff and specialists.

We are the market leader in the implementation of development centres and our know-how is unmatched. Our expert, František Hroník, is a pioneer of assessment and development centres in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

We also organise regular public courses for future assessors.

František Hroník published his book “Don’t get burned again” (Jak se nespálit podruhé) back in 1998 – a book that brought this unique method closer to the Czech professional public. For a fee, the licensed model situations presented in this book and elsewhere can be yours, to be used by personnel officers at company assessment centres.
